Regina Spektor: Part Two

You can't get away from me that easy, Coop. Just before we got into the lift, we both witnessed something that shocked us to our very core. I couldn't take a picture, so great was my shockedness. It involved a baby and some adults.


Ah, the Carling Academy. There's not much else I can say really.


I reminded Coop about that time Joey did something stupid in Friends.


My hope that the place would be so empty that Regina would just cancel the gig and take me back to her hotel room took a big fall when I read this.


Luckily I had my ticket. Tickets are strange things. With enough tickets or just the right one, a man could rule the world. Or watch Regina Spektor.


The place was mostly filled with young girls. It may seem like a good thing to most, but it wasn't.


We drank some Carling. Considering it was a Carling Academy, I didn't expect it to taste like cheap metal. I have reason to believe that they took the alcohol out of the lager to stop the risk of any 16 year old girls getting their hands on it, because after four pints that evening I could have driven heavy machinery, when normally four pints makes my face tingle.


Before Regina, there was a pretty poor support act; Only Son. We decided to sit it out, but were disturbed my some strange 16 year old girls who had a fictional electro band called "Something Sparkly". One had an egg sized lump on her head. I didn't want to touch it. Sadly they took control of my pint, despite my warnings that you shouldn't take drinks from strangers. I then had to give a lecture on why you can't go around putting your hand up people's t-shirts and rubbing their backs.

I took no photos of Regina. The reasons are as follows:

1) I couldn't
2) You don't deserve to see pictures of her
3) I will have all the pictures I need when she is my wife

These girls talked throughout the entire concert.


After Regina had finished singing like perfection, we left. I was trampled on by a large metal bull.


That bastard Coop stabbed me in the back and took the side of the bull.


I'm a firm believer in the idea that all trains should be silver, not silly and colourful.


So, as you can see, we are back in the train station. I was about to embark on my journey back to Swansea with a five hour stop in Shrewsbury, when I got confused by a man and decided to take up Coop's offer to come back to London. Here's the train to Euston. Whenever people seem to have a problem, they always say "Houston, we have a problem". But what does Houston ever do to help? They should realise that Houston can't help and should take their problems to Euston, because Euston is the solution. Euston, I have a problem, I can't get back to Swansea. Don't worry, just get on my train, I'll sort you out.

How much was my one way ticket to Euston? Was this someone's idea of a sick joke?


Forget about the ticket, it's done, nothing can bring that £54 back. Let's just drink the world's worst smelling lager.

Those train suckers have left their water in stealing territory. Lucky for them I'm not a thief and Cooper King doesn't have a bag with him.

The sucker left his phone. In ordinary circumstances I would have handed it in straight away, but let us not forget who just paid £54 for a train ticket, so who's the real victim here?
