Mindless Wandering and Thoughtful Pondering

Once again I stepped out into my street to be greeted by a big fucking wheel. People complain about wind turbines, but are more than happy to have big fucking wheels everywhere.



A quick stop in the museum never did anyone any harm. Except all of those people who died that time.


Please touch! What madness is this? When I'm the head curator of this museum, which sadly I probbably will be one day, people will be allowed to touch nothing. Or touch everything. I haven't decided yet. It's that age old question "To be the friendly full bearded curator or the evil goateed curator?"


I can't think the words "stupid like a fox" without laughing.


When I'm in charge I'll wear this thing all day everyday.


Who needs a degree in Egyptology when everything is already written down? I quit.

The new leisure centre. I didn't know that the camera on a Sony Ericsson K750i could pick out invisible people. A handy little feature.

I walked through St Davids Shopping Centre. Believe it or not, geographically, this place is the exact centre of the jewellery world.

As you can see there are 170 seats in Burger King. My childhood friend, Darren Sutton, had a bithday party in there once and there were 86 guests present, thus giving him a majority presence (or presents if you want a birthday pun). He was able to take complete control of the whole restaurant and its staff for over three hours. I can tell you that there were a fair few blow tasks given out on that day.

On a more concerning note, something went wrong with the space time continuum. That girl in the pram is the same girl twice. Even the green bag matches. She was trying to grab her double to try to pull herself back into one person. She failed. It was adorable.


Stop that man! He's stealing that woman's watch. I would have stopped him myself, but I had nowhere to be.

I passed the Swansea Jack. I've never been inside, but I can say with complete confidence that it is a scumbag pub, because cans of Carling cost £1 before 12pm. Yes, pm. And yes, cans.

The prison. Lock them up and throw away the key, the people shouted. Well they took it one step further in Swansea. They built a wall with no doors or windows and sealed the prisoners inside. That'll learn them.

I tried to spy on the civil servants through a window, but there was some sort of enchantment or technological technology at work that wouldn't allow my camera to focus. They must be up to something.


Something's not right. I'm sure they are up to something. What could they possibly be building? An accounts department? Missile silos? Almost certainly missile silos.


Getaway bikes! Now I know they're up to something.


A suspicious looking bus. If I didn't have nowhere to be I would have snuck aboard and found out what is going on. I didn't have my disguise kit with me either, so I would have probably been caught. Until next time, Swansea Council.

Damn, the tide is in.


I'm no fishingman, but even I know that you're supposed to point your fishing stick at the sea, not the land, but I didn't have the heart to tell him.


Please don't ask me what that is, because I have no idea.

This man was walking into the sea to die. I would have pulled him out, but I had nowhere to be and I couldn't risk falling into his trap of getting me to give him mouth to mouth. Some men are literally dying to kiss me.

There can be no logical explanation for this. It's as if someone has gone back to 1746 and asked a peasant farmer to draw what they think a satellite looks like.


What is that? Nothing around here seems to make any sense. Is it a rocket? Am I still in Swansea? Have I been in a coma for sixty years? God knows what's going on.

For those of you who thought that boats were just a natural phenomenon, look at this, because you are wrong. So very, very wrong.

I had to go into Sainsbury's to buy some washing up liquid, but I decided to get some sausages first. These are currently my favourite sausages. That's not a christmas present hint. Please, I do not expect sausages for christmas.


Next stop, toilet paper. No matter how cute the dog is on the packet I will not waste money buying brand name toilet paper. It's such a terrible investment.


I probably won't get an advent calendar this year. Becci's mother usually buys me mine, but she probably won't this year, what with me being cast asside like a used boy who isn't going out with her daughter anymore.


This is the woman who took my money. She didn't recognise me, which was fortunate, because it was the first time I'd ever seen her. Anyway, I had forgotten the washing up liquid.


I like to think that this has nothing to do with putting off youngsters from trying to buy alcohol, just that Professor Sainsbury thought it would be a good idea to decorate his stores without random pieces of legislation for Christmas. Don't be surprised to see the details of the 1872 secret ballot act at the bottom of your basket next time you go in.

On my way to the arcade I passed what I had every reason to believe was a giant ice cream. It was nothing of the sort.


Then passed the only gay club I have ever been to.


I won't lie to you. I am very good at winning things on grabbing machines. As if by coincidence the machine was filled with christmas stricken things in the build up to the celebration of Jesus.


I could lie and say that I got this on my first attempt, but the one I picked up on my first go bounced off as it was falling down the hole and into the other side of the machine. You can clearly see the snowman looking lost and confused amongst the Santas. There really should be glass between the two sides to stop cross contamination. I got this on my secod go.
